Common Topics: What To Watch Together?

It seems to be not very important. If you love someone, you must not refuse your former likes or dislikes, it is evident and fair. You like football meanwhile she likes melodrama. You may take both your own computer or TV and watch what you like. You will spend a nice evening being in the same room? but don't forget that mentally you will be on the different planets. Is it what you want? Do you want to win her heart to spend time on the different planets?
On the stage of dating it has more importance. You don't know her personality, you have just photo on the screen. She is in the same situation. To know each other you must use any chance. To have common topic to converse is more important than you used to think. You both have to work on having common interests. It is impossible you have no them, otherwise you wouldn't find what to talk about. Check it, think on it and then act. If you have a singer you both like, a movie you both watched, a book you both read, a place you both visited, use it and widen the area! Try to find something similar and ask her opinion, watch it and then discuss. You will miss football, but instead you will have common language with her, you will understand the same jokes, you will use the same quotations, you will know the same names. It will show everybody and you both that you are close people interested in each other's personality!
